Rise & Grind Cafe was opened by Powhatan local, Shannon Croll, in December 2021. Born as an extension of Shannon's love for baking, the cafe offers a range of drinks, bakery treats, and the best ice cream around.

 

The cafe is bright and open offering a place for the community to simply gather, have a cup, and a laugh.

Rise & Grind carries a number of local artisan's work for sale, including candles and coastal-inspired art [ shophartart.com ] made by Shannon's goddaughter, a VA Beach local.
